1. Product Overview: Propane compressor is designed for gaseous propane (C₃H₈), which is suitable for low-pressure gaseous propane pressurization, liquefied filling and pipeline transportation. Propane is flammable, explosive and easily gasified at atmospheric pressure. The equipment adopts explosion-proof and oil-free structure, and is the core pressurization equipment for liquefied gas subpackaging, oil and gas recovery and chemical extraction.

2, performance characteristics:

Explosion-proof safety: the whole machine is explosion-proof and explosion-proof electrically controlled, and the dynamic and static parts have no spark friction structure; The shaft seal adopts dry gas seal to prevent propane medium from overflowing.

Anti-liquefaction design: multi-stage interstage forced cooling, control the exhaust temperature higher than the propane dew point, to avoid liquid impacting the cylinder body and damaging the fittings.

Impurity-resistant adaptation: precise filtration before air intake, tolerance to trace heavy impurities carried by oil and gas, and wear-resistant coating of valve plate to prolong service life.

Wide working condition adaptation: support 0.02~0.8MPa inlet pressure adjustment, and adapt to multiple scenarios of oil field associated gas purification and civil liquefied gas filling.

3. Application scope: liquefied petroleum gas filling station, propane separation and recovery from associated gas in oil fields, low-temperature extraction chemical industry, hotel gas pressure regulating pipe network, and aerosol raw material packaging.
