Product Description:

1. Product Overview: Acetylene compressor is a special equipment specially used for compressing and transporting acetylene gas. Acetylene is easy to decompose and explode at high temperature, and when it comes into contact with metals such as copper and silver, it will produce explosive compounds (copper acetylene/silver acetylene), so the design and manufacture of this kind of compressor has extremely strict safety specifications.

2, performance characteristics:

Strict protection design: The motor and electrical instrument components matched with the compressor must be at least Grade dⅡct2, and the high-standard products can reach Grade dⅡct4. All electrical components are specially treated to prevent electric sparks from causing safety accidents.

Oil-free lubrication technology: In order to prevent the risk caused by the mixing of lubricating oil and acetylene, the cylinder and packing parts are designed with oil-free lubrication, and the piston ring and guide ring are made of self-lubricating materials to ensure that acetylene gas is not polluted during compression. Crankshaft, connecting rod and other moving parts are lubricated by pressure or splash.

Strict temperature and speed control: In order to prevent acetylene from decomposing at high temperature, the exhaust temperature at all levels must be controlled below 90℃. Therefore, the pressure ratio of each stage is not more than 3 in design, and the cooling of cylinder and intercooler is strengthened. At the same time, the crankshaft speed is controlled within 200r/min, and the average piston speed is less than 1 m/s.

3. Scope of application:

National defense and scientific research: used for compression and transportation of high-purity acetylene gas in national defense scientific research projects.

Nuclear power and medicine: in nuclear industry and pharmaceutical production, it is used for specific technological processes or analysis and testing links.

Gas separation and analysis: in laboratory and instrumental analysis, provide gas source for acetylene related analysis.
