What is the main working principle of methyl chloride compressor?

1. Compression process: the crankshaft rotates to drive the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocate in the cylinder. When the piston is far away from the cylinder head, the working volume increases, and the intake valve opens to suck in methyl chloride gas; The piston moves reversely to compress gas, and when the pressure rises to exceed the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve opens to discharge high-pressure gas.

2. Oil-free design: adopt a special sealing structure to avoid lubricating oil polluting methyl chloride (commonly used in chemical processes).

3. Typical parameters: the secondary outlet pressure can reach 8.7 kgf/cm (about 0.85 mpa).

The sealing and cooling system of methyl chloride compressor should be designed according to its physical properties (such as slight water solubility and organic solvent compatibility) to prevent leakage and corrosion.
