How to maintain argon compressor?

The maintenance of argon compressor includes daily inspection, regular maintenance, professional maintenance and safety precautions.

1. Check the status of the equipment: check whether the appearance, connecting pipes, valves and instruments of the argon compressor are intact every day or before and after each use to ensure that there is no leakage or damage.

2. Check the pressure gauge and liquid level gauge: observe whether the instructions of the pressure gauge and liquid level gauge are normal and sensitive. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately to check and handle it.

3. Cleaning equipment: regularly clean the outside and inside of the argon compressor to remove impurities such as dust and dirt. Pay special attention to cleaning the air inlet, air outlet, filter and other key parts of the equipment to avoid blocking or affecting the performance of the equipment.

4. Check for leakage: Use professional testing tools to regularly check whether there is leakage at all connection parts, valves and pipelines of the equipment. Once the leakage is found, it should be stopped immediately and measures should be taken to repair it.
