1. Product Overview: Oil-gas compressor is a power equipment used to increase gas pressure in the oil and gas industry to complete key tasks such as production, treatment, transportation and storage. The media they handle are very complex, including:

Natural gas: dry gas, wet gas and acid gas (including HS/CO).

Associated gas: gas produced with crude oil.

Process gas: various gases in refining and processing plants (such as torch gas, hydrocarbon steam and hydrogen).

Others: used for gas injection oil production, gas lift oil production, injection and production of underground gas storage and other special gases.

Due to the particularity of its working environment (offshore platform, desert, polar region) and medium (flammable and corrosive), oil-gas compressor has extremely high requirements in safety, reliability, adaptability and efficiency.

High reliability & long life: The design life is usually more than 100,000 hours, which can realize 7x24 uninterrupted operation. Key components (such as valve plates, piston rings and bearings) are made of special materials and coatings, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Equipped with perfect monitoring and protection system (vibration, temperature and pressure monitoring).

The medium has wide adaptability: it can handle the mixture of light methane and heavy hydrocarbons, as well as the "dirty" gas containing liquid and impurities. For acid gases (including HS), special materials (such as stainless steel and nickel-based alloy) resistant to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion are used.
