What is an ammonia compressor?

Ammonia compressor is a special pressurization equipment for compressing liquid ammonia and gaseous ammonia. It is used in chemical synthesis, cold storage refrigeration, chemical fertilizer, ammonia processing and other scenes to complete ammonia pressurization transportation, circular refrigeration and high-pressure synthetic gas supply. Ordinary air compressors are irreplaceable.

Core special requirements include:

Corrosion-resistant material: ammonia is corrosive, and the cylinder block, valve group and pipeline are made of ammonia-resistant steel, and copper and copper alloys are prohibited (ammonia will corrode copper and cause explosion hazards);

Sealing and leakage prevention: ammonia is toxic and irritating, equipped with multi-layer corrosion-resistant seals, and equipped with ammonia concentration detection and alarm;

Explosion-proof safety structure: ammonia belongs to flammable and explosive medium, and the whole machine is explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof electric control, equipped with over-temperature and over-pressure interlock shutdown;
