What is an oxygen compressor?

The special compressor for oxygen is a piston device customized for high-purity oxygen pressurization, which prevents grease and combustible impurities from contacting the oxygen cavity in the whole process, and is suitable for preparing oxygen stations, metallurgical cutting and medical high-purity oxygen delivery pressurization, and belongs to special piston equipment for special media.

Core special requirements include:

Oil-free degreasing process: all parts of the whole machine in contact with oxygen are strictly degreased, and lubricating oil is prohibited from entering the compression chamber. The piston adopts oil-free self-lubricating structure;

Spark-free safety structure: the valve plate and piston are made of copper and aluminum alloy to prevent sparks generated by friction impact from igniting high-pressure oxygen;

Pre-position of impurity filtration: the air inlet is equipped with multi-stage oil removal and dust removal precision filters to prevent hydrocarbon impurities from mixing into the oxygen cavity;

Independent pure water cooling: pure water circulation cooling is adopted, and the oil pollution of ordinary cooling water is prohibited from infiltrating into the medium pipeline;

Pressure grading control: medium and low-pressure models are adapted to pipeline oxygen supply, high-pressure multi-stage models are used for oxygen cylinder filling, and special oxygen safety valves are set in stages.
