What is an air-cooled mobile compressor?

Air-cooled mobile compressor integrates piston main engine, air-cooled heat dissipation system, integrated air storage tank and mobile chassis, which does not need external cooling water, relies on its own fan to dissipate heat, can be flexibly dragged and transferred, and is mostly used in outdoor construction, mines and outdoor temporary pneumatic gas supply scenes.

Core special requirements include:

Operation without water source restriction: the outer wall of the cylinder is integrally cast with radiating fins, and the flywheel drives the cooling fan coaxially, eliminating the need for water channels such as cooling tower and circulating water pump;

Integrated mobile chassis: equipped with shock-absorbing rubber tires and traction hooks, which can be dragged with the vehicle and can be put into production quickly without a fixed site outside the factory building;

Dual-power option: it can be equipped with standard motor connected to the mains, or equipped with diesel internal combustion engine, and can work independently on the site without external power supply;

Outdoor protective shell: the whole machine is sealed against rain and dust to adapt to the harsh environment of dust, humidity and open air;

Simple operation and maintenance system: there is no water scale blockage fault, only need to clean the dust on the radiating fin regularly, and replace the air filter and engine oil.

Summary: The equipment is flexible in deployment and suitable for temporary working conditions in the field; The short board is low in heat dissipation efficiency in high temperature environment, and the upper limit of single machine displacement is low, which is not suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted high-pressure production in factories.
