Dichloromethane compressor is a special pressurization equipment for compressing gaseous dichloromethane, which is mostly used in pharmaceutical intermediates, chemical extraction, cleaning and recycling, and organic synthesis processes to realize pressurized transportation, condensation and recycling of dichloromethane gas. Ordinary compressors cannot adapt to this medium.

Strong anti-corrosion material configuration: dichloromethane hydrolyzes with water vapor to generate trace hydrochloric acid, which corrodes metals, and the cylinder body, valve body and pipeline are all made of 316L stainless steel; Only fluororubber and polytetrafluoroethylene are used as seals, and ordinary rubber will be swollen by solvent and fail.

Anti-solvent oil-soluble and oil-free are preferred: dichloromethane dissolves ordinary lubricating oil, which will cause oil failure and medium pollution. The diaphragm oil-free model is selected for high-purity recovery; Oil models must use special synthetic lubricating oil resistant to halogenated hydrocarbons.

Tight leakage prevention and toxic gas detection: dichloromethane is toxic and volatile, equipped with multi-layer composite seal, and equipped with toxic gas alarm on site to prevent personnel from inhalation poisoning.

Explosion-proof safety matching: dichloromethane vapor is combustible, and the whole machine is equipped with explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof electronic control, eliminating the spark ignition source and meeting the chemical explosion-proof standard.

Gas-liquid separation against liquid impact: it is easy to liquefy under normal pressure, and a buffer liquid separation tank is installed at the air inlet to intercept liquid dichloromethane to prevent the cylinder valve plate from being damaged by liquid impact.

Strictly control humidity and dry pretreatment: add a drying and filtering device in the air inlet to reduce water content, reduce hydrochloric acid generation and delay equipment corrosion.

Nitrogen replacement maintenance system: replace the pipeline air with nitrogen before startup and maintenance to prevent the potential safety hazard caused by the accumulation of high concentration steam.
