The liquefied gas discharge compressor is a one-stage compressed natural air cooling. During the unloading process, the compressor pressurizes the liquefied gas saturated steam from the user storage tank and presses it into the tank truck through the gas phase line, and presses the liquefied gas liquid from the tank truck to the storage tank through the pressure difference of the gas phase to complete the unloading of the vehicle. When the gas phase of the liquefied gas is pressurized, the gas phase temperature will increase. At this time, forced cooling cannot be performed (the water-cooled liquefied gas compressor cannot be used), because if the gas phase is compressed and then cooled, it is easy to liquefy, and the gas phase pressure difference is established. It is difficult to counteract the discharge of liquefied gas and slow down the speed of unloading. The loading process is the opposite of the unloading process. The liquefied gas compressor for recovery uses two-stage compression, which can be air-cooled or water-cooled, and the cooler is forced to cool the gas phase to recover the residual gas as soon as possible.
